San Antonio Art League & Museum | SAAL&M focuses on Texas artists and houses over 600 works, which include paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, ceramics, and sculptures. Revolving contemporary exhibits highlight local and regional artists such as the notable Robert and Julian Onderdonk, José Arpa, Emma Richardson Cherry, E. G. Eisenlohr, Martha Mood, Charles Umlauf, and Amy Freeman Lee, all representing the league's unique, diverse, and respected collection.

The Gruene Music & Wine Festival has become a multi-day celebration, not only of Texas and Americana music but also a celebration of wine made right here in the Lone Star State. Enjoy the music, food, and crafts with German and New World Wines in the quaint little town of Gruene. Remember to taste the specialty beers on tap.

Enjoy quality time with family and friends in the great outdoors by making your way to Phil Hardberger Park, a former dairy farm with historic buildings, nature walks, picnic, and play areas containing three unique ecosystems. Classified as a natural area to help preserve the land with its wonderful environmental treasures, it offers trails, dog parks, basketball courts, an outdoor classroom, cycling, group exercise, and the Salado Creek overlook.
