Centennial Trail Centennial Trail

These prairie-Victorian mansions, appealing bungalows and prairie-style homes make this one of the most popular areas of town for visitors and history buffs. The neighborhood is easy to get to by taking Second Avenue west from downtown. Some of the popular sites include Patsy Clarke's Mansion, which is one of the city's most popular inns. Hoopfest Hoopfest

Basketball lovers in Spokane (and from around the world) hoop it up every last weekend in June for Hoopfest. This fun and highly anticipated festival was established in 1989 and is the largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament in the world. Participants can range from everyone from kids to NBA players. The event attracts more than 40,000 people every year.
