The work and history of our nation's farmers are rightfully celebrated at the city's highly interesting North Spokane Farm Museum. Take a look at some vintage farm equipment like a tractor from the 1930s, classic reapers, scrapers, mowers and corn planters, too. Affectionately referred to as "The Red Shed," this museum attraction was the vision of the farm's original owner, William Hugo Greiff. And even though the regular season runs from April to November, you can make an appointment to see the museum in the off season. Also, when you call to schedule your visit, expect to plan your visit early in the morning, as the facility is still a working farm!
