This group originally began in Seattle but fortunately, for audiences in Spokane, they now make their home at the Blue Door. The venue is intimate, as it only seats 65 audience members, but before the evening is over, you'll be laughing along with 65 of your closest friends!

At Auntie's Bookstore, you'll immediately feel like one of the family! This impressive building is a three-story structure full of stories, as vintage and used books on every topic imaginable are here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, so if you can't seem to find what you are looking for, just ask. There are always poetry readings and different authors stopping by for signings, and the coffee shop in the store is a favorite of patrons who love their cup of joe almost as much as they love their books.

Pig Out in the Park is an annual festival held in Spokane's Riverfront Park every Labor Day Weekend. It is actually a five day event that signals the end of summer with lots of great live music, fun, and dozens of appetizing food booths. The event has been a Spokane tradition for over 25 years.
