The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist is a stunning display of architecture, history and spirituality. This South Hill landmark features Gothic-style design made in sandstone which was completed in 1969. When you step inside, you will be immediately struck by the stained-glass windows that all feature various Biblical scenes, as well as the various carvings inside that illustrate the history of the church. Tours are offered four days a week, but if you decide to take the tour on Thursday, you will also be able to hear the awe-inspiring sound of the cathedral's weekly 49-bell carillon concert.

The Spokane Chiefs are a major junior ice hockey team that plays in the Western Hockey League. Its home games take place in the Spokane Arena. The sports team consistently ranks in the top 10 of Canadian Hockey League attendance, as their devoted fan base only continues to grow with each season. The Chiefs are no strangers to victory, either, as they have won the Memorial Cup in 1991 and 2008.

The Wonderland Family Fun Center really lives up to its name! The kids will totally enjoy themselves at this highly popular attraction for family fun. Some of the fun activities that are available include indoor and outdoor mini golf, video games, laser tag, batting cages, go karts and lots more children's games.
