Spokane Country Club

Basketball lovers in Spokane (and from around the world) hoop it up every last weekend in June for Hoopfest. This fun and highly anticipated festival was established in 1989 and is the largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament in the world. Participants can range from everyone from kids to NBA players. The event attracts more than 40,000 people every year.

The Spokane Civic Theatre boasts an impressive vintage. Originally constructed in the late 1940s, the venue still offers some of the city's most respected theatrical productions that include critically lauded comedies, musicals, and dramas. Every season is filled with must-see performances and entertainment, so make sure you get your tickets early. The theater also features two main seating areas. Enjoy the action on stage from the Main Stage for a more panoramic view, or see it from a more intimate perspective when you sit in the Studio Theatre.

The Wonderland Family Fun Center really lives up to its name! The kids will totally enjoy themselves at this highly popular attraction for family fun. Some of the fun activities that are available include indoor and outdoor mini golf, video games, laser tag, batting cages, go karts and lots more children's games. There's also an area for mom and dad to relax as well as an excellent restaurant on site to help satisfy those worked-up appetites. Wonderland Family Fun Center is one of those special places that the kids never seem to get tired of visiting.

To see them for yourself, strap on your helmet and let your feet hit the pedals on Row Adventure Center's popular bike tour. These are the only guided tours offered on the Hiawatha Trail and are definitely a great way to explore the area while getting some exercise. The guides are not only expert bikers, but they are quite well-versed in the area's history, and are informative and entertaining sources of information as you travel the trail.
