Sculpture Walk Sculpture Walk

One of the most popular tours in Spokane is a walking tour known as Sculpture Walk. Begin by stopping in to the Visitor Center at 201 W Main to get your map. The Sculpture Walk winds through Riverfront Park and moves along the Centennial Trail. The original starting point is Washington State University's downtown campus and extends out to the southeast corner of the Monroe Bridge. See some truly intricate sculptures along the way, while getting some good exercise in the process.

Spokane Civic Theatre Spokane Civic Theatre

The Spokane Civic Theatre boasts an impressive vintage. Originally constructed in the late 1940s, the venue still offers some of the city's most respected theatrical productions that include critically lauded comedies, musicals, and dramas. Every season is filled with must-see performances and entertainment, so make sure you get your tickets early. The theater also features two main seating areas. Enjoy the action on stage from the Main Stage for a more panoramic view, or see it from a more intimate perspective when you sit in the Studio Theatre.

Browne's Addition Historic District Browne's Addition Historic District

Travel back to the late 19th century to relive some of Spokane's colorful past when you visit Browne's Addition Historic District. These prairie-Victorian mansions, appealing bungalows and prairie-style homes make this one of the most popular areas of town for visitors and history buffs. The neighborhood is easy to get to by taking Second Avenue west from downtown. Some of the popular sites include Patsy Clarke's Mansion, which is one of the city's most popular inns. Also, don't miss the Glover Mansion, the home of Spokane's founder. This popular attraction is rightfully listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
