Be sure to watch a performance by the Milwaukee Repertory Theater & Professional Theater Company, an eleven member Resident Acting Company dedicated to presenting new playwrights and reviving classics. The Rep's current complex is a cleverly converted power generation plant that can seat well over a thousand people within its three theaters, and hosts an 11-play entertainment season annually.

Wrap up your summer with the Indian Summer Festival in September. This festival is the largest Native American celebration of its kind in the country, and features nationally known American Indian performers and entertainers, as well as art and food.
