Celebrate North America's largest outdoor French themed festival in downtown Milwaukee! Bastille Days is held annually in July and features impromptu street performances, roaming minstrels, a variety of musical entertainment and a signature 43-foot Eiffel Tower replica. Runners and walkers kick off the festival with the "Storming of the Bastille," a 5-K run and two mile walk.

Music lovers must make it out to the annual Summerfest, an eleven-day mega festival filled with music, shows and food. Eleven stages fill the Henry Maier Festival Park and feature more than 700 bands, including some of the biggest names in the music world. The largest music festival in the world, drawing in over one million people annually, concludes with an enormous fireworks demonstration.

America's largest operating model railroad festival and show features more than 50 superbly detailed and highly creative model train scenes spread over 200,000 square feet. Continue the long tradition of the Wisconsin State Fair by joining in on the eleven-day festivities in West Allis, right outside of the Milwaukee city limits. Since 1851, this festival has drawn in vendors and citizens from all across the state.
