Opened in 1913 as the Miramar Movie House, the Miramar Theatre underwent several name and occupancy changes until it became the live performance theater that it is today. Learn about the history of the building, admire the amazing architecture, and enjoy a great music, comedy or dance show at the Miramar.

Music lovers must make it out to the annual Summerfest, an eleven-day mega festival filled with music, shows and food. Eleven stages fill the Henry Maier Festival Park and feature more than 700 bands, including some of the biggest names in the music world. The largest music festival in the world, drawing in over one million people annually, concludes with an enormous fireworks demonstration.

Children are a source of perpetual energy. Wear them out at Kids in Motion, an attraction designed with kids in mind. Adults get in free with a child's admission. Watch your children run around in the open play area, explore their creative side in the art center, learn problem-solving skills in the puzzle room and much, much more. Hi Hat Lounge sets the feel for the night with excellent mood lighting and spectacular artwork.
