Acacia Theatre Company was founded in 1980 as Wisconsin's only professional Christian theater company. The theater troupe performs at Concordia University's Todd Wehr Auditorium. Hobbyists and families alike will enjoy the annual Trainfest, held in the West Allis suburb. America's largest operating model railroad festival and show features more than 50 superbly detailed and highly creative model train scenes spread over 200,000 square feet. Vendors sell the latest model train products and offer great deals to fair goers.

Experience a tropical jungle, a desert oasis and a special floral garden all in one afternoon at the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory. Also known as "The Domes," this attraction features a huge collection of exotic and local plantlife within its three domed conservatories and garden.
