Also known as "The Domes," this attraction features a huge collection of exotic and local plantlife within its three domed conservatories and garden. Think all operas are tragedies? Be proven wrong at the Skylight Opera Theatre, known for its light, comedic operas. Uplifting performances are done in an all-English repertoire rather than traditional Italian. Since 1959, Skylight has produced 30 world and three American premieres, over 70 original cabaret shows and 29 touring productions.

The former home of Captain Frederick Pabst, the world famous beer baron and founder of the Pabst Brewing Company, the Pabst Mansion is open year-round to provide guided tours about the legacy of Pabst, the history of brewing, the craftsmanship of the house and the history of Milwaukee. Stroll through and explore the well preserved and accurately restored neo-Renaissance museum house and its grounds.

Visit the Boerner Botanical Gardens from late April to early November. The internationally renown horticultural center offers eleven specialty outdoor gardens, including the cutting edge Trial Garden which features newly developed plant varieties not publicly available anywhere else. Take a tour and admire the beautiful arrangement integration of architecture and sculptures among the plant life.
