Take part in a dynamic experience as you learn about stars, planets, black holes, and distant galaxies at the Planetarium - The Scobee Education Center at San Antonio College. Every Friday night, the planetarium opens to the public, so they get a chance to stargaze and see digitally-created images of stars, planets, and galaxies fill the night sky. Housed atop the iconic blue Charles E. Cheever, Jr. Star Tower, the Scalan Observatory houses a 10-inch refractor telescope and features a 360-degree rotating dome and panel that opens 90 degrees, enabling stargazing in any direction.

As you step inside the Aztec Theatre, feast your eyes on the Meso-American architectural works of art with a dramatic combination of authentic columns, reliefs, artifacts, and sculptures from ancient Mexican temples found throughout its stunning and glorious lobby, mezzanine, theatre, and balcony. With access to musical entertainment, full-service event production, state-of-the-art lighting and sound, custom menus and mixology, and a plush new VIP Lounge - The Warrior Room, this authentic landmark is the perfect location to make your next event epic.

Head on over to the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch and discover an African Safari - Texas Style. Ride along the six-mile Safari drive-thru that has 450 acres where more than 500 animals from over 45 species are free to roam. Enjoy the scenery and get ready for the animal interactions as they walk up to your vehicle looking to be fed right out of your hands. If your feed runs out, don’t fret. Park your vehicle and take a walk towards the beautiful giraffe stables and appreciate the petting barnyard filled with adorably cute goats.
